[RESOLVED] November 16th, 2020 - xMail Platfrom Service Interruption

We are currently experiencing an outage that is impacting the performance of our xMail platform. Users may be unable to establish connection to the server via local email clients and/or log in via mail2web.

Our administrators are notified and already working on restoring functionality to the service.


10:25 PM CT: Service functionality has been restored. We will continue monitoring the platform to ensure stability.

11:22 PM CT: Some of our customers might continue experiencing connectivity issues. Our administrators are investigating this service impacting event and working towards a resolution.

1:25 AM CT: The issue has been mitigated. We continue to monitor the platform
