06:00 PM CT: Our administrators are continuing to work with the highest priority on resolving the issue.
09:15 PM CT: Our administrators continue to work on the issue in order to resolve the problem.
12:55 PM CT: Our administrators have narrowed down the root cause still affecting some customer’s inability to access OWA. Additionally a small subset of customers may experience errors when attempting to send and receive or have difficulty accessing certain mail folders. Our administrators are aware and working diligently to address both issues.
03:18 PM CT: Our administrators have resolved the issues, and service should be restored back to normal.
