[RESOLVED] April 9, 2020 - Network Degradation

We are currently experiencing a service impacting event. This event affects our OnCloud VPS, OnCloud Shared Hosting, as well as our Classic Shared Hosting.


5:46 PM CT: Our administrators were alerted to the initial issue and are currently investigating

6:45 PM CT: Our administrators have found the root cause and continue to work towards resolving the problem.

7:44 PM CT: Currently our system administrators are still working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

8:11 PM CT: Our administrators have resolved the issue. However, if you have any problems still please reach out to technical support for assistance.
