We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our xMail email platform. Customers that are using xMail as an email product are not able to connect via an email clients using the secure server settings. The customers are also unable to log into mail2web with their email credentials
Note: Customers using Classic Exchange service or onCloud email service are not affected.
02:30 AM CT - Our team identified an event with our xMail email platform and are working to have services restored.
04:00 AM CT - Our administrators are still inestigating this service impacting event.
05:00 AM CT - Our administrators are working on the problem.
05:40 AM CT - The xMail connectivity issue has been resolved. We will continue monitoring the performance.
