4:35 AM CT: Our team identified a network issue impacting our VPS and email services in the Vancouver datacenter.
5:05 AM CT: Currently, we are working to locate the root cause of the issue and resolve it. We will be posting new updates as soon as we have such.
5:55 AM CT: The root cause of the issue has been identified and the network connectivity to most services has been restored. Our networking team is actively working towards complete resolution. We will continue to post regular updates.
