[RESOLVED] September 23th, 2019 - xMail users are not able to connect or send emails using port 465 on their email clients

 

We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our xMail email platform. Customers that are using xMail as an email product are not able to send out or configure their email clients using the secure outgoing SMTP server settings (securemail.myhosting.com/ SSL/ port: 465)

As a workaround please use the alternative SMTP server (alternativesmtp.myhosting.com/ TLS/ port: 587

03:00 AM CT - Our team identified an event with our xMail email platform and are working to have services restored. 

08:00 AM CT - We have detected the root cause of this event. Our administrators are working towards a resolution. We will be posting updates once we have such. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. 

08:40 AM CT - We have resolved the matter. All services are up and running.
