[RESOLVED] May 15, 2019 - Classic Exchange Outgoing Mail Flow Issue

We are currently experiencing email issues with our MS Exchange platform. Classic Exchange customers are not able to send emails using https://hex7.mail2web.com/owa & https://ex7.myhosting.com/owa.

The following bounce back message appears: 
The response from the remote server was:
530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated
Note: XMail customers are not affected by this incident.
8:25 AM CT: We are currently investigating a service impacting issue with the MS Exchange platform.

8:45 AM CT: Root cause identified. Our engineers are applying an emergency fix to the affected services.

10:50 AM CT: Our team continues work towards resolution.
1:00 PM CT: The issue with our MS Exchange platform has been resolved. All services are functioning normally.
