[RESOLVED] Mar 25, 2019 - OnCloud Microsoft Exchange - Outlook Web App intermittent issue



We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue affecting our OnCloud MS Exchange Outlook Web App at https://ex.myhosting.com/owa/. This affects the ability to log into the Outlook Web App. We are currently looking into the root cause of the problem.

Note: This does not affect the sending/receiving of emails to the server, and it does not affect local email clients such as Outlook.




5:50 PM CT: Root cause of the issue has been identified and normal functionality is restored.
