How to trace an email address in cPanel.
This demo assumes you've already logged in to cPanel.
Now let's go ahead and learn how trace an email address.
1) Scroll down.
2) Click Email Delivery Route.
This is where you can test any email address by tracing its route from this server.
This tool is helpful if you're having difficulty sending an email to a specific address. You can check to see where the problem might be.
3) Enter an email address in the box.
4) Then click the Show Route button.
That's it. The route to the demo@demo123.com email address is shown on the screen.
From your cPanel, you'll be able to look for problems and see if a problem lies with your server, or on the other end where the destination email address is located.
