Goal
The main thing one does with email is to check and send messages. You should have gone through the login to OWA (Outlook Web Access) guide, which explains how to check messages. Now, let’s look at how to send messages using the OWA.
Access
First, log in to your OWA at http://ex.myhosting.com and it will take you to your inbox.
Once there, look on the right pane and you will see some buttons at the top as displayed below:
Simply click the New button there in order to bring up the New Message window.
As you can see, you will find the typical required fields, such as Target Address for this email, as well as Subject, and Content. If you want to add a Bcc, click the Options button, which will open the below window. Simply put a check in the Show Bcc box.
Once done, fill out the required fields, write your email, and then click the Send button. Note the other mail delivery options such as Requesting Delivery Receipts.
Conclusion
Now that you know how to send messages, you may want to populate your address book to make sending easier, and worry free.
