[onCloud] Transfer Your Domain – MyHosting Help Center

Goal

It is recommended that if you are hosting all your domain services with us, you should migrate or register the domain with us as well. That way we can take care of the domain name renewal requirements for you.

Transfer

Transfer is very simple: just log in to your Control Panel at http://manage.myhosting.com and select All Domains from the subscription drop-down list on the upper right of the page.

There you will find the Domain Services tab as shown below: simply click on Registered Domains. $C:\Users\nikolay.petrov\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Word\2.png$

There you will find the Transfer Existing sub-tab: use this tab to start the transfer process.

Once you are there, you will need to fill in the form for transfer. Note that you will require a transfer key to complete the form. This is retrieved from your existing registrar; simply contact their support department and request your transfer key.

Use the key you have been provided in the form.

Click the Next button, confirm the price of the transfer, and then click Place Order to complete the process.

Conclusion

The domain transfer can take up to 48 hours to complete. Once it’s completed, you will use our Control Panel to do things such as updating your name servers and updating your whois information.
