BLACKLISTING AND WHITELISTING (Spam Expert)
Note * Users with the following tab under their email subscription are using SpamExpert as their fail filtering system
Generally speaking, it is better to rely on the Spam Filter to block or allow mail, instead of using any whitelisting or blacklisting techniques. Also, you can help train the filter by reporting Spam and Not-Spam that were not handled correctly. However, if you require it, Blacklisting and Whitelisting allows you to block or allow email from a particular domain or email address.
Sender Blacklist/Whitelist
In this context, "Sender" refers to the the email address or domain that has sent email to you. So when you look at an email in your inbox, the "Sender" information will appear in the "From Address".
1. Login in at https://manage.myhosting.com and choose the Subscription you want to manage from the drop-down list in the top right corner. If you only have one subscription, it will be selected automatically.
2. Click on the "Anti-Spam" tab, and in the frame you will be automatically logged in to SpamExperts.
3. Click on "Sender Whitelist" or "Sender Blacklist".
4. You can add a single email address, a single domain, or upload a CSV file with a list of many entries.
Searching the Log and Delivery Queue
Are you looking for an email that you think may not have been delivered to one of your mailboxes? Using the Log Search option you can look for email that was sent within the last 90 days to see where it went.
