[OnCloud] Enabling SSH

SSH is supported on our Shared Hosting Plans, If you would like to enable SSH on your Linux hosting space, please send an email to our support team at support@myhosting.com.

Once SSH has been added to your account and confirmed by support follow the steps below to enable it.

  1. log into https://manage.myhosting.com
  2. Hosted Domains
  3. Select your domain name
  4. Select Web Hosting Settings
  5. Select Edit
  6. Check Enable SSH-connections to this webspace
  7. Create your SSH user

SSH Port

Once SSH is enabled, on your Shared hosting Subscription, you can view your credentials at webspaces > website configuration and you will need use port 2022 (this is not the default port of 22).
