[onCloud] Expired Domain Name

If your domain name has expired, you will need to renew it with the company who initially registered it for you.

If you registered it with myhosting.com, either through OpenSRS or Network Solutions, then we can renew it for you. If it is expired, it may still be be listed in your Control Panel. If so, then you can submit your renewal request from there.

1. Login at https://manage.myhosting.com

2. Use the drop down menu under Subscription to select All Domains

3. Click on Registered Domains

4. Select the domain you wish to renew

5. Click on Renew Domain

If it is not listed there, then you will need to email us at domainrenewals@myhosting.com to request the renewal. Please indicate your domain name and the number of years you would like to renew your domain for in your email. Please note that expired Network Solutions domains cannot be renewed at OpenSRS, or vice versa. Our renewal rates are the same as the domain name registration fees and can be found on our web site.

If your domain has expired but was not registered with myhosting.com, then you will need to contact your registrar directly to renew it. It is not possible for us to modify or transfer any domain name which has expired, so you'll need to renew directly with your original registrar. If you're not sure who your registrar is, you can complete a WHOIS search for your domain name at http://www.internic.net/whois.html.

Please note: Network Solutions domains are not currently supported within the onCloud system.
