What is a Vanity Domain?
If you are looking to sign up for a web hosting plan but do not want to register a domain name you can use a vanity domain such as yourname.myhosting.net. You can select to go this route during the Sign Up process by starting at the Transfers & More page.
A Vanity domain name can be used with any hosting plan free of charge. It is simply a sub-domain name on the myhosting.net domain name. An example of a Vanity Domain would be: name.myhosting.net or john.myhosting.net, etc.
