Making a Payment
You can make a payment at anytime by completing the following:
1. Login to the Customer CP: https://manage.myhosting.com
2. Click on Account
3. Click on Financial Documents
4. Click on the Open and Pending Orders tab
5. Check the box beside the document number you want to pay and select Pay from the top
6. Select your payment method from the drop down menu and click next
7. Follow on screen instructions to complete payment
Credit Card Payment
To update a credit card through our secure pages please follow the instructions provided below:
1. Login to the Customer CP: https://manage.myhosting.com
2. Click on Account
3. Click on Payment Methods
4. Click on Add Credit or Debit Card
5. Fill out the requested information and click save at the bottom
To make a payment with your credit card please follow the Make a Payment section above
Paypal Payment
Adding a PayPal payment is a 2 step process now. First you must add the payment and once created you can then add the funds to the payment. Below are the steps you’ll need to follow
1. Log into your Control Panel at https://manage.myhosting.com
2. Click on Account
3. Click on Financial Documents
4. Click on the Open and Pending Orders tab
5. Select the check box by the Order Number
6. Click on Pay
7. Using the Payment method drop down select Pay via PayPal
8. Click on Next
9. You will now be redirected to complete your payment via PayPal
Changing Payment Method from Credit Card to Check
You can update your default payment method to check payment directly through your customer control panel.
1. Login to the Customer CP: https://manage.myhosting.com
2. Click on Account
3. Click on Payment Methods
4. Click on Check/Cash or Credit Card or Paypal
5. Click on Enable Auto Payments
