We are upgrading the Hosted Exchange storage from November 9th, 2018 at 9pm ET to Saturday, November 10th 6am ET. Hosted Exchange customers (Classic and OnCloud) will not be able to view or send emails during this time. All incoming mail will be queued and we fully expect mail to be delivered when mailboxes are restored. This upgrade is necessary to minimize future unexpected downtime.

Nov 9, 9:03pm ET - Planned maintenance for the Hosted Exchange storage upgrade has begun.
Nov 10, 4:40am ET - We have successfully upgraded the Hosted Exchange storage. All Hosted Exchange customers are now able to view and send emails. Incoming mail that was queued during the maintenance windows are currently being delivered to mailboxes.
